Software: Video sessions are recorded and run in Microsoft Teams. All videos are best viewed inside of the Teams application which is available for free to download on both Windows and Mac here.

Transcriptions: All transcriptions are auto generated by the Teams application. We then use machine-learning AI to interpret the transcriptions to create summaries of different types of information. There may be minor inaccuracies due to the automation of this service, and it is up to you to check accuracy of referenced details.
